Talking Timing rattle problem solved.....

STRAIGHT PIPE IT!!!!!!
Been having concers for a while with my timing rattle from my SMARTY but after yesterday and the straight pipe I put in, the rattle is gone. well I just cant hear it...

Hmmmm.... not a likely fix for your problem. I wonder if you just can't hear it anymore

X2..... I had some rattle with the smarty and rokktech but changed programs and it's gone...

Yup, cant hear it anymore!!!!
I have straight pipe from the turbo back to a 90*bend in front of my rear tire, and let me tell you what....This thing flat gets it now!!!! Any turbo lag that the SMARTY didn't get rid of is all but gone now, this beast spools like no other and sounds incredible.

Exclamation Apparently I need to change the title...

I am getting timing rattle and injector rattle mixed up....I have the rattle that everyone with a SAMRTY has....

I ran my pipe out the side too. One of the best mods I've done!

I kept my MBRP muffler but moved it forward about three feet. Now I have five feet less exhaust piping under there with room for an air tank. No more black bumper and a great sound. Very good mod!

I just updated my SAMRTY with the aftermarket injectors program and will try it out in the morning on the way to work. I have been catching crap for not "Listening to my motor", and so I will try this program that is supposed to remove some timing to relieve my rattle problem. Anyone else done this with success?

I switched to the aftermarket turbo and injectors program and it definately reduced it.
