What year is your truck?

If you don't want to go all out, but still want to be able to adjust tire size, and not have to upgrade all sorts of things...

Go with the Smarty Jr.

It's competitively priced with the Diablo Sport and Superchips, and will make more power with cooler EGT's than the other two...

Customer service is great also. I sent my jr into Bob Wagner to get some minor warranty work. It was done fast and with the new revo software on it at no charge to me. The time I spent with my truck stock was smarty really give my truck some get up n go, my buddy has superchips and I wasnt that impressed with it. The power comes on faster with the smarty. The other tuners I dont know much about. But you need to do what you think is best for you, but I sure like the smarty product I bought mine from Bob Wagner at www.smartypower.com you can also get it from the DTR store here, both great!

Do you still have the MP-8?

I would make a good stack with the Jr.

You are right about the "pressure" part, with the MP-8. The Jr. is a programmer with several parameter's that can be adjusted by you, so you can fine tune it to make your truck run the way you want it to...

Instead of say the Superchips, which I believe has 3 settings, and that's it!

I don't know of too many people who run the MP-8 by itself, though.

IMHO, there would be no comparison if you ran the two seperately which one would make your truck drive better.

hth...

Smarty is a great product. Lot's of people here run 'em.

They did have some issues with them when they first came out, excessive smoke and the 70 and 100 HP levels were both 100HP...

But I think when they came out with the Revolution download for them, it solved those issues!

Order it from the DTR store!

You get FREE and fast shipping, plus you are supporting the site.

And...it will smoke.
