With my superchip i'm running 1400 degrees and 43psi at 3/4 throttle, when i mat the go peddle the wastegate opens, drops the boost to 25psi and the pyro pegs. Would a boost fooler help with the egt's?

 

Sounds like your waste gate is hung open...

 

If the wastegate was stuck open i wouldn't make that much boost. I'm just thinking if the wastegate stayed closed i would stay around that 1400 degree mark. I'm getting close to boost pressures that would require head studs and hoping the boost fooler wouldn't push me over that line.

 

What kind of turbo? If its stock your on borrowed time with that much boost.
