Superchip cortex problem...

Superchip cortex problem...

I went to change the tune on my truck from tow to performance and it tells me to turn the key to the run position. So I do. Then it comes back and tells me that its not in the run position. What can I do?

Eta: when I get the money, smarty here I come!

Superhips is a pain, many issues. Mine surges on performance with no fix other then another programmer. I say get it working and sell it.

i had a superchip given to me for my cummins and im not impressed. i use it just to read codes.

but i have tried it and i had some questions with superchips. they told me either it was my edge or my truck.

i use to have a dirtymax and the superchip gave me some problems with my computer and even then superchips said it was the truck. i am not impressed with there customer service... the dirtymax was not a good combo for the dirtymax but found the ppe was.

well update, got it back from superchips last night. Go to plug it into the pickup, same damned problem. They didnt do a thing to fix it, and it cost me $112.50 for them to do nothing. If my pickup didnt have a tune on it right now I would just through the tuner into a lake and say Edit it. In 22 mins, they are going to get a piece of my mind.

We want to get the tuner back in and replace it for you.

Put a copy of the ship receipt in the box and I will get you reimbursed for the shipping.

When you get the tuner back we will have to do a few downloads to recover the truck to stock.

If you have any other questions call me @ 888 227 2447 ext 1366

Maybe they will make it right, I hope so, cause I am not happy right now.

Update, they sent me a NEW tuner and it seems to work. I just tuned it and then returned it to stock. They treated me good on this, in the end. I was ****** when I got it back the first time and it wasnt right though.
