Static stability factor? Help

Anybody know the static stability factor of a 2500 4x4 4dr swb. I looked all over the net and found nothin.

They say I have to have a rating over 1.20 to race in scca.

Anybody wanna measure what a stock tire and suspension 2500 with the same type as mentioned measures to the highest point. I dont know where to find that. And the wheelbase adn track width.

Start here:

and drill in for all kinds of measurements for a stock truck.

Thanks that helped alot. Not good news but it helped.with a width of 69.7 stock and a height of 78.4 that means I have to lower the truck a total of 10" or 5 total and add 2 1/2" wider tires on each side.

Oh and the static stability factor needs to be 1.30 not 1.20 as I said before but I still cant find and 2500 diesel SSF numbers.

Wow, it sounds like they are getting all scientific on you. Look at these vids,

If you build it, you can run. (maybe in another state)

Well those are all stock height or close to it. I dont see why they are so ****. Ive never even come close to rollin it and I drive it harder thatn those guys on the videos with the 35's. I guess we'll seewhat the outcome is.

I also got a response about the salt flats. I got alot of stuff on it now. Looks like that will cost about $300 bucks but I suppose that aint too bad.

Thanks for the vids. I didnt think of tryin youtube

I actually hate Youtube. Everytime I look at a video, there is always something in that little column on the right that catches my eye. I burn at least 1hr minimum looking at stuff until I have to cut myself off.

Youtube and pork fried rice are 2 of mans greatest inventions.

That is sum good rice yo. I just ate a can of corn beef hash in the micro. I always keep a can of vienna sausage, smoked oysters, mustard sardines, and ramen noodles on hand for when I feel lonely and inadequate........... or just hungry.

If you get hungry someday rip open the top of the ramen noodles packet and dump half the flavored dust powder junk ofver the dry noodles and eat them like chips. Best meal a man can have in a hotel.

So the scca guys didnt have anythin to say to the effect of SSF or height or anything.

I just pictured you with a 1/2 brick of ramen just tearin' it up with your tooth!

We used to have this parts guy that had about 3 teeth and all were about 1/2in. apart. I about urinated myself watching him eat a apple. I think if he had corn on the cob I would have died!
