I have had mine on for a little while now. I have the two big injectors installed and the pump turned all the way up. When the truck is not loaded or pulling it runs great. When I have my TT in tow (9000lbs), I have to turn the gain **** down to about 75%. I just recently got back from a trip over the Rockies and it frustrated me to no end. Basically I could only turn the gain **** to about 20% without it running like crap and so I got no cooling benefits either. I guess the thinner air caused the difference. After calling them when I got home, they said I need to turn the pump pressure down a little. My TT is in for warranty work right now (freakin' air didn't work the whole trip of 90degree weather) so I have not tried it yet. As far as power, you can feel it a little, but not a lot. In Diesel Power magazine they did an install on an '05 with a PPE box and their dyno showed about 70hp. I have not been to the dyno with mine, but do plan to at some time - doesn't help you now I know. I don't really get the cooling effect I was hoping for, but I think it's mostly because I am dumping so much fuel (HOT juice) at the stock turbo. I wish I had better input for you, but I just haven't had the time to really tweek mine yet.

I will be going out of town with a smaller trailer this weekend (about 5500lbs) and hope to do some experimenting. I'll post again early next week.
