Stacks and Dynamat
Is anyone with stacks using dynamat to muffle the sound inside the cab? I was thinking of putting it on the floor, back doors, roof, and around the back window. Does this sound like it may help make the 2200 rpm drone bearable?
Thanks,
Dave

It makes a big difference, check out RAAM mat, great stuff and way cheaper than dynamat. I did the whole cab of my '05 and it made a big difference.
Id do the whole cab, double layer on the back of the cab and roof and see how the noise level is. You can always add a FTE resonator to help with the drone, ill probably pick one up for my truck here soon, they still sound great but just kills that horrible drone without getting rid of all the sound.
