stacking Power Pup with Torque Dog?
Has anyone tried this combo on a '05 without head work? Any dyno runs to show what kinda of number can be acheived? Overall performance and driveability?
Crash...
Where is your turbo upgade to handle of of the full you have now?
There has been several other posts where simple pressure boxes have been stacked with the Crazy Larry and have seen good results. I have not seen specifics about the Torque Dog and Crazy Larry...but I am sure it would work. You probably will not need the upper settings of the torque dog.
Call Bully Dog...I am sure they know.

I know I need to upgrade my turbo, prob to twins. I know I am already pushing the stock one way past its performance tolerances. I guess that is where I should be looking next.
i have a 05 auto with torque conv. and vb, 5 inch exhaust, afe stage two, powerpup and torque dog stacked
nice stack
i don't get any engine noise
with the powerpup on extreme(not crazy larry) and the torque dog on 90 the best 1/4 mile time was 13.61
egts never got above 1450
i contacted bullydog and they referred me to extreme truck and trailer in three rivers michigan talk to jamie he helped me out alot i'll try and find the number
he has a guy running crazylarry stacked with torquedog and the first dyno run he broke the flexplate
i haven't talked to him since

unless you have upgraded your tranny and turbo, you wont be able to get the power to the ground, or your egt's will get too hot. with the torque dog on stock and the dl on performance the tranny starts to slip, and the egt's climb to 1200 pretty quick! once i save up enough scratch, im gonna get the tranny done, and hopefully have enough left for a new turbo! then its off to the dyno

I have the Tranny to back it. I just talked to Bully dog and there is supposedly no setting on the Power Pup for Extreme. From what I was told is: Stock; Tow; Performance; Extreme(meaning crazy larry) Does anyone have on that has all five settings on it?
