I have an MP-8, it's pretty good. Ads about 40 lb/ft of Tq.

Others say an EZ, I'm not 100% sure if I'm right about that...

Well...

I'm sure it does. Gimme a minute, I'll pull up the dyno sheets from the run without the mp-8, and the one with it. You have to consider the mods that I have, the fact that it was different days, different dyno's, and different weather. The first run on the second dyno was with the MP-8 off, the second one was with it on...

Do all stackers just add fuel, or can some add more than that? Also, do other boxes, like the EZ provide about the same help as the mp-8?

The Edge EZ and Mp-8 are pressure boxes. They both stack well with the Juice boxes. But stay away from stacking two pressure boxes. My 2004.5 likes the Hot Juice(non-pressure adding) with my Edge EZ on level 2 of 3. I believe you can get some year Juices that add pressure therefore, I wouldn't add an additional pressure box to those.

so I bought an EZ on ebay....to stack with my juice....and Edge says this is a no no....

Brandon,
The EZ and the Juice with Attitude are not designed to stack and it won't actually work. The Juice Att can stack with programmer type of modules but there is no way to piggy back an EZ as it is an in line module just like the Juice. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Subject: Edge Juice and EZ stack

I have the following on my 06 Ram:

Edge Juice w/Attitude : EJD3000B

I just purchased an Edge EZ (EZD1000D) to stack with the Juice. How do I connect both modules at the same time? Which module connects to the MAP sensor first?

Thanks!

I would call them and ask them why they have the janitor responding to emails.

It will most certainly stack. The ez is a pressure box and the Juice does timing and duration. Hook up the ez to the sensors, the juice to the ez, and the factory plugs to the juice.

Not trying to say I know more about Edge than the Edge tech guys, but that must have been that guys first day or something. Many people, including myself run a pressure box with the juice and it shouldnt' matter which one. I have run two different ones but not the ez, but there is NO reason it shouldn't work and I'm pretty sure others have run that stack.

It does better... I run at 50% normally, and I see 1.5-2 MPG.

You plug in the pressure box first. The Juice alters the map signal and you dont want an altered signal going into your pressure box. Pressure boxes have very specific maps for certain boost levels and you dont want your pressure box commanding too high of fuel pressure to your injectors.

This is my take on it from talking to different companies that make pressure boxes. Ask Quad, he will know 100%
