A few more questions before I forget stacks altogether.
1. Are stacks quieter on an 06 than lets say an older model?
2. Are the stacks that point to the back of the truck any quieter?
3. I would think that stacks after the cat have to be quieter than no cat?
4. It is possible to put on a muffler and then how quiet are they?
5. How do they work with a bedliner?
6. Who has the best prices for the whole system and what size?
7. I am getting older. Don't want a kids truck but would like to be able to hear the truck.
8. Can you hear the turbo whistle over the stacks?
9. I am on the phone quite often in my truck. Would it still be possible?

There that should be enough questions for a while. I love the looks but don't want to make a mistake.

 

They are just fine with bedliners it wont hurt it any. As far as noise if you have a muffler and that cat on it wont be too loud at all. I think with the cat on and no muffler you would be happy. I got a 5'' straight pipe to 6'' stacks and its very loud but i love every minute of it, it is hard for me to hear on the cell phone. And you won't hear any turbo whistle comin out of the stacks if thats what your asking, not unless maybe you have an aftermarket turbo. I hope this helps.

On edit:I can hear my turbo whistle still on the inside of the truck but i dont know if people outside can hear it, and i bought my kit and did it myself for $700.00
