SP Diesel
Curious if anyone else is having probs with SP Diesel and customer support . Bought an Eliminator and a turbo timer on June 8 ,received both on July 2
!! After spending an hour climbing under the hood and dash apply power to box ready to see some serious power and NOTHING ........... bad box ..... !!! Spoke with Shawn said he would send a replacement and still no box and they will not return phone calls ............ getting real peeved here
!!! Everyone beware I am out almost 500 clams and I am not letting this go away . Hope the moderators see this since they are an advertiser on this site to save someone else the frustration I am going through !!!

i have a buddy who is a sp dealer,he said that they are just overwhelmed with the responce and just cant keep up,i amm sure you are peeved but i am sure they will make it right but not having the power you paid for just plain out sucks......
I would be a bit more understanding if they would at LEAST answer the phone or call me back . Been waiting everyday for a new box to show up and I am losing patience fast !!!
Same story here. Finally got the timer to work.
But the eliminator did not work. Sent it back and still waiting. They said they would send out replacement as soon as possible. Been over a week. I don't know... starting to wish I would have bought quads box instead. Might end up having to do that anyway. Very bad customer service. If they are overwhelmed with responses, they need to hire more people.PERIOD!!!

Sorry to hear you all are having issues, I have had nothing but good experiences with my SP Diesel products. 422 rwhp out of the Eliminator is not to shabby, I'm sure you all will be happy once they make it right for you, sounds like they may have had a bad batch that got out some how.

My first box didn't work brand new. I'm already on my second. I'm now having a problem with boost (it's only stock levels not going above). They are also supposed to be sending me a new harness to correct a 111 code. It took a month to get my origional box back in May. I've been waiting on a new harness for over a month now. The only way you find out that there's a problem is by bugging them. They don't ever send you an email saying they recieved your order and it's backordered.
When it was working it was a great box but stock boost and a constant check engine light are annoying. Plus they're selling them for less on Ebay than you can buy them from their website?????????

There was a post on one of the dodge ram boards to stay away from SP diesel products.I guess the poster stated he had alot of problems with there products. He also had the same problems you guys are having,as far as service after the sale.coobie
Well this is looking worse and worse. I think I'm just going to request a refund
I didn't spend $30K+ on my truck to plug a sub-standard product into it that keeps tripping the MIL and f's with my boost (I too had problems with boost not going over 25psi)

I am getting real tired of fighting with sub par vendors , took a month and a half to get my COMPLETE dual exhaust from another company . Needless to say I agree 100 % ,my truck is NOT going to be someone's beta platform on my dime !! It is refund time !!!!
customer support is priority 1, had a problem with my Bully Dog downloader, called them, they overnighted me a new one, with a pick-up tag to send the old one back. from phone call to done in less than 24 hrs.
I had tried to order the Eliminator when it first came out and the order was cancelled by SP Diesel because they said they were have major issues with the electronics. At that time, I was offered a deal on the box when it became available. I decided to pass and it looks like they didn't get the problems fixed. As far as customer service goes I was pleased that I got my $$ back so quickly from SP Diesel. Given the history of problems with the box, I'd think they would provide the same service on the refunds.....
