I like this deal...I am sure you could add an elbow and a short piece to the filter.....This unit solves the problems of filterminder and IAT sensor

Wow, that's pretty very similar to the setup I'm making. I have a splash guard / box and the BHAF will sit in it at that angle with a 90 deg going over to the stock location and 90 deg down to the turbo. I'll get some pics when I've completed it and have it ready to install.

I got mine from Cummins here in Salt Lake, and it was over $50.
This was almost 2 years ago though, maybe they've gone down since that fleetfilter place went online.

That's a pretty slick setup, but I bet it's also pretty expensive. I'm trying to go with one of the low budget intakes.

How bout just removing the intake all together? It's completely free and will flow all of the air you could possibly want.

I checked at NAPA and a Cummins dealer this morning, they were two dollars apart, at about $60.00. Looks like I'll just have to deal with the shipping prices at Fleetfilter, still saves $19.00.
Could there be that much of a difference between the Fleetguard and Wix filters?

From what I've been told they're all made by the same people and then sold by the various filter folks.

You guys are getting ripped off. Just checked my receipt and the AH-19037 was $38 +tax at Cummins of New Hudson in Mi. Maybe you could call and talk to Brian and ask if he'll honor that price + shipping and it still would be cheaper. 1-248-573-1900 Tell him I sent ya Jim Petit. Hope this helps.

Too late for me, I ordered from www.fleetfilter.com
$29.something plus $12.something to ship.

I agree someone is getting ripped off, I looked on NAPAonline, $72.00!!

Not a bad setup but I can build the same thing for a lot less than $250.

When I do order mine I'll probably order from Fleetfilter too. Even with their high shipping costs they're still cheaper than any others that I've seen (locally or online).
