So I install the the EDGE JUICE W/Attitude and NO POWER?!?!

I have the Diesel Performance shop install the EDGE for me. Put it in LEVEL 5(EXTREME) and the highest SMOKE setting. Engine temps at about 196 which is fine as long its over 190. At about a 20 MPH, I punch it and NOTHING happens. Just regular stock feeling. NO SMOKE and NO POWER, same power before I put the chip on. I then try all the other settings and all feel the same and all feel stock. With all 5 settings, the highest PSI of BOOST I get is around 30-32 lbs. So I called EDGE and they told me it'll be warranty issue and they'll just send me a new one. I thought I almost got screwed on EBAY. Well I should get it back and installed sometime last next week so I'll keep you all posted. What do you guys think? I mean, everything was hooked up properly, I really never thought chips have a tendency to go bad.

Sounds like your attitude wasn't plugged into your Juice right. Anyways, I just bought mine and had to swap out the attitude module right off the bat because I got an old revision of the software. No problem, just called and they sent me a new one and went on, but, still, $650 for something old just makes you think....man, did I get screwed by EBAY? I didn't get mine from Ebay....but I know how you must feel.

I would get lynched if my product did that. I wished all aftermarket customers were this easy going about stuff.

DOD military sales are the same way. You send them crap, you get your butt chewed! We try not to let that ever happen.

QZILLA,
People would be a little more forgiving if you worked on your delivery and PR skills.

One thing to check.... did you let the engine warm up first? The Juice will not add power until the engine is at 174 F

O. Good thinking. That's right. You can disable the "cold engine protection" in the setup, but I wouldn't advise it.

He said his engine was at 196* so well within the warm up range.

Sometimes these things happen. Moisture could have gotten in to the boards while they were being manufactured. Something might not be getting a good connection. Cheap parts. Who knows. But yes, these things can suddenly just go bad. Once you get it working right you will most definately notice a big difference.

why, whats so good about QUAD?? EDGE has been out longer and is a lot more reputable and recognizable. I bought EDGE b/c I like and trust there service and products much better over something that just came out.

Same here, I heard too many horror stories about injector issues after a quad box...
Ive been happy with my edge box so far and havent had any problems, and have heard far less complaints from edge versus quad.
