i have an 07 ram with fab fours pre runner style bumper, anybody else have something similar and mounted a snow plow? if so what kind? any reccomendations?

Since most of the aftermarket bumpers I have seen tend to stick out quite a bit further than stock, you are going to need a plow that extends considerably from the plow frame.

Your best bet would be to go to a snowplow dealer with your truck, and have a chat with him about it...

I don't know how much heavier your bumper is than stock, and the weight of it may or may not effect how heavy of a plow you can install.
