Smarty ya?

Alright, I want to some feed back on whether or not the Smarty is right for me or not, I'm dead set on getting one tho....I still have a stock clutch and wondering if I keep the Smarty on a stock or mild program what level will I be able to run on. I want honest answers, none of this stuff like you can put it on level 9 but you better have a lightfoot etc etc....

The smarty will be very right for you especially if you want to upgrade other things or get more power later on. With your stock clutch you will be able to run level 5 safely with mild torque management. If you tow really heavy, say like 12k+ then step down to level 3. Just watch you gauges and you will be fine.

you will really like smarty. Like anything you must use restraint. Like stated above stay on 5 and things will last a good length of time.

Is there a huge power curve difference between the stock and mild TM?

Not really; the throttle is a little more responsive at the bottom end.

Once you go SAMRTY you wont go back......I ran this weekend up to the Sierra's to drop off the sleds for service before winter. For a 500mi round trip I got the best MPG so far. 21mpg hand calc, and that was running aftermarket injectors software and running on SW#9. Light throttle imput would catapult my truck to 80mph. Love it.

I have been running mine on mild TM level 5 for a year now. So far no issues with the clutch but I don't go stupid with it either.

I am running mine on stock setting SW7 and i haven't got any slip out of it yet. i would like to say i am smart about it but i'm not that nice to her. like i said she takes it and craves more. she is the girl of my dreams.

I don't understand the other TM settings would it help me with the mods that i have or should i wait till i get the clutch?

No smoking section.

Mine's sitting in the bedroom waiting on a smoke removal program which Bob has promised is forthcoming. All I'm asking for is 30-60-hp with minimal smoke. Please, please Marco!

As far as I know, the downloadable programs are stock TM Levels 1-9, Mild TM Levels 1-9, Moderate TM Levels 1-9, and Wild TM Levels 1-9 and then I'm lost with all the Beta programs that are out with it. You can download the programs for stock turbo and injectors and then for either stock turbo and aftermarket injectors or vice versa...

Another question: What TM program is downloaded on the Smarty when you buy it, because my buddy says he put his Smarty in my other buddys stock truck and he slipped his clutch on level 3 but he wasn't sure if it was the stock TM for sure. This was right when he got the Smarty.
