I've also been trying to get ahold of my old Wild Smarty version with 4.05A on the left and 4.05B on the right of the display because it ran better IMO. Anybody got it?

I emailed Marco earlier this week and just now emailed Bob, hopefully one of them might save me before I go back to the strip this weekend.

 

All the Betas 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 add pressure.

 

i thought only .3 and .4 added press? i pm'd bob at nwd this morning about the same thing.

keegan. i was unable to load my older saved versions of the smarty programs(had a dec version i really liked saved on the computer) the programmer said something like file error.

 

nope im running 4.2 and it adds pressure.

 

If its a Wild version, would you be willing to email it to me anyways?

I dont think you have to worry about the pressure smarty adds. The beta 4.2 and 4.4 I tested only ramps the pressure earler in the rpms but doesn't go over stock peak pressures. On my truck stock peak pressure before smarty was 26.7K psi. and about 6.9K at idle. With beta 4.4 idle pressure is about 9K and I still top out at arround 26.5K. Crusing 60 mph with no load 18K-20K. Running my va3.1 at 50% will bump the pressure up about 2K but will still top out arround 26.9K. You can get a spike sometimes after stabbing the throttle and letting off arround 27K-27.5K

The problem with the HPCR's rail pressure sensor is that it only reads up to ~ 27Kpsi... sometimes it's hard to tell if the box or SW is topping out up there, or if the sensor just won't read any higher.
