Unhappy Smarty trouble

Hi everyone:
Got my new Smarty Jr. today, I have been running a Superchip 3805 for my 07/5.9 automatic, I returned the truck to stock, hooked up the Smarty and went through the process and started with program 1, it went through the motions and told me to unplug the smarty, went for a ride and came back home and hooked it back up, I kept trying to go to level 2 but it kept programming to level 1 this went on 3 times, on the 3rd try it started on level 1 again so like stupid me I shut the key off and wanted to start over again, so now when I hook it up it tells me it is vin locked, I can't even go back to stock it just keeps telling me vin locked, I need some help, the truck starts and drives but it feels like it is stock setting now, on level 1 it should have at least some throttle respnce but seems like stock, I hope I didn't screw up $500 dollars, I know there are a couple of smarty experts here on this site, I would appreciate some help. Do I need to take this truck to the dealer and spill my guts and get it re-programed???
Thanks
Charlie

there are a few people who have had the vin lock issue but you are NOT supposed to interrupt the programming process at all. Lesson learned mental note applied. contact bob and he will fix ya up.

Smile

Ok... it has been fixed, Bob I want to thank you for all the help you gave me today, I will tell you "NEVER" interupt the process or you just might have the same issue I have encountered. But I will tell you that SMARTY support could not be better due to Bob Wagner dedicated service to the Smarty, if only the rest of the products could be supported as Smarty is, also I want to "THANK" Bryan from Diesel Power Products in Spokane Washington, he help me get this issue resolved quickley with Bob, he could of said oh well but he also took the time to help get this issue fixed. Bryan super service from your company, you now have a customer for life, you will see my next order for my boost fueler in the next day of so, to all that read this post, these two guys are what it is all about, I now have a perfect tuned truck and could not be happier, I should of gotten my Smarty sooner. Thanks... I am glade this happened as I now know what not to do.
