Smarty and tranny....

I wanted to know if and 3 rd gen guys have any issues from the trannies with their Smarty. I have a buddy with an 01 that installed a Smarty and it effectes his trans shifting. Dave at Goerend is sending him a custom valve body for the smarty and I wondered if I should check into this before I order a Smarty for my 03. I think it was something about the throttle position sensor and the trans line pressure or something in his 01. Just qurious...

Never had any issues with the smarty on mine. Some tranny's depending on how their setup might shift to soon because of the really light throttle pressure caused by the smarty's sensitivity.

I heard that w1cked had problems with his tranny shifting with the Smarty. Hopefully he can chime in and clear it up if I heard wrong... I'm curious to see if he got his tranny problems fixed.
