DD, I know this wont help much but the 06 does not surge with the TNT, i have not used a higher level than 7............

 

The only thing I can add to this is I believe it has something to do with the "DBW" feature on our trucks. When I run TNT on the higher settings with the RP turned up I have experienced the same issue trying to feather the pedal going slow. And dang if you are in 4L and accidentally bump the throttle...get ready for a violent ride. That is the only drawback to instant throttle response, is the inability for the inputs/computer/controls to all match up. ........... 2cents

 

The odd time when I get into the throttle and let off, the truck stays revved for 2-4 seconds. Kinda scary!!!!
Maybe I will try #7 or lower to see if the surging quits...

Mine surges with the Smarty or the Banks. The amount of harshness is about the same.

 

Mine is suring on hard take offs when I hammer it WOT. Im running the TNT-R on lvl 5 and/or 7. I was told turning down the TM should do the trick, but havent tried it yet today. After reading this Im thinking that might not work.

Any Idea when they will be released? Also in the mean time am I able to go back to the 4.2 after having installed the TNT-R? I've got one of the early 04 trucks and I've heard that I may still be able to.
