Smarty TNT Rail Pressure - '06 CR

I know I need a reail pressure guage, but until I get one, does anyone know what kind of rail pressure TNT, CaTCHER #7, Rail Pressure #3 makes at various rpms with stock '06 injectors?

Reason I ask, is that the truck is really sharp on this setting, even with torque management set on #1 (stock). When accelerating slightly (just barely) in any gear, and w/o changing the throttle position, when the rpms reach a certain point there is a noticeable increase in acceleration (and smoke) at two or three different rpms throughout the normal range. I'm attributing it to an increase in rail pressure that happens when certain rpms are achieved, independent of throttle position. Is this right?

Also, I note that on the Revo software, the #3 rail pressure is "asterisked" with a note that it's not recommended to run it there for any extended time. The TNT software has no such warning until you go up to #4 rail pressure. Is that because the pressures are in fact different, or that they assume the use of larger injectors when running the TNT? Curious....

Bob? Marco? Anyone?

I would assume the warning only being for #4 on TNT is because it was intended to be run with aftermarket injectors.RP 3 with TNT on my truck only runs around 21k-23k max. Some trucks will vary depending on mods. The idle RP is also slightly higher at around 7.5k-8k.The ramp of pressure is pretty smooth and steady with no major spikes unless I turn the mp-8 up and then it jumps up over 20k with very little pedal pressure.Regardless off aftermarket or stock inj. high sustained RP is no good on either for the long haul.

i would turn it back down to rp2 if i were you. when i run catcher #9 rp3 mine also jumps to 21,000-22,000 with very little throttle. Don m posted in a thread awhile back that you should never cruise over 20,000 psi. it's ok to run higher rail pressures for short bursts but maintaining that high of a rp is unhealthy for the injectors. when i run rp2 my pressure runs around 17,000 (give or take) and hits around 22,000 at wot. if i were you, i'd play it safe and turn it down until you get a rp guage.
