I've got the Smarty with revo on my 07 5.9, and I changed the speed limiter to 125, but for some reason it still tops out at the factory limiter of 110. I was racing a guy last night on the highway, and beat him but just because I had bigger tires, my speed ometer never broke 110. Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

 

Try going back to stock, then reload.

I do not have the Revo, but I set mine to 125 and my last dyno run shows just shy of 130 mph.

or you are hitting the rev limiter

 

Ya I guess I could be, but I was only at about 2700rpms. That could be it though

 

Did you load a catcher software after you set up the SL of 125??
