which smarty setting to use?
I just recently lifted my truck and put 37s on it. Obviously now the speedo is off so I just went ahead and bought a smarty sw06. I figured why waste money on a tire size calibration box. Just spend the extra dough and be happier in the long run. The truck has the stock 48RE trans. My question is what power setting would be ok to use? Besides the CAI and exhaust truck is basically stock. I just use it to cruise around in. I dont race it or pull anything except for my jet ski which weighs practically nothing. Input is appreciated.

I would not go over sw3, especially with the added resistance of the 37's. Over that and you may slip the TC pretty good.
As far as options, you might try timing 2, rail pressure 2, torque management 2 or 3.

Thanks soulezoo. I kinda thought that was what I would hear. I just wanted to hear it from someone who has experience with the programmer. I ordered it from XDP so I'm guessing it's going to be the REVO.
A check of my signature will show we have basically the same truck. I have 305/55R20's (33.50 dia.). I have my Smarty Jr set on SW-3 (performance), Timing-4, Torque-1, PoD-99. If you search this forum for Smarty settings, you will find that this is where most of us run. I like to control the power output with my right foot. If I come across a Ford I want to be "all in", if you know what I mean. The best mileage gains should be at this setting also. Steve
