Marco, you guys keep setting the bar higher and higher! When the new hardware comes out for the A flight SW, I'll be there for it in a heartbeat.

My wallet really likes the mileage, and this upgrade will be worth every penny. I agree that we do not always need the ''factory supplied 300hp" for commuting, and tooling down the interstates.

I suppose it was only a matter of time before the limitations of memory reared their ugly heads. Following the evolution of SMARTY has been an AWESOME ride.

You guys are awesome!

I bought my Smarty on tuesday from Bob. It should be here any time now. Will it have the PoD option?

I doubt it. Like Marco said, they are in the beta testing stage and only a select few are testing it. Marco will not release the new PoD until he feels it is ready. as stated in post #6

Marco
Will this upgrade also make an older S04 Smarty into an S06 smarty?

Am I correct here? If I load SmartyPoD Catcher #9 then =
PoD level "00" = Stock truck's HP; as if Smarty wasn't on the truck.
PoD level "99" = Smarty Catcher #9; full HP potential

This is what I don't understand. So "01" might mean your truck may only have ???HP available, maybe so little that your truck doesn't move?
The customer simply needs to plug the Smarty into the OBD port, select the PoD menu and type in a # comprised between 01 and 99. Where “99” is the full power potential of the performance software loaded into the ECM and “ 01 “ is the lowest power setting possible. In other words, the PoD allows to REDUCE the power output of the engine in 99 fine steps. From full power to hardly able to move the truck in just seconds!

Is there a waiting list we can sign up at? I could imagine you do not want 500 Smarty's shipped to you the day it is released.

Good job Smarty crew! Once again you have gone way beyond expectations.
