I run SW9 WG-off TM-4 RP-2 IT-2 And i see no more than 1300-1400, unless I stand on it in 6th and i can hit 1600, but by that time im doing 100+

I was running the WG on and the EGTs were out of controll.

But I dont tow any load with that tune

I'll peg 1500 Degrees as soon as I hit the 1/8 mile with a Smarty TNT on SW9, TM 4, TQ 3, RP Default, TST 3-0, Edge EZ on 5 at 45 psi on a HE351. On the street with the same settings I will rarely ever reach 1100 without breaking the law. Cruising on the Freeway at 70 mph usually nets me around 5 to 6 psi and egts around 650 to 750. It can be a little touchy at times; but due to my loose converter and Smaller Turbo I run relatively smoke free. At times when it is a little touchy, I'll back down to Smarty TNT on SW9 POD 45TM on 1 and TST on 1-0.

good thats what i like to hear the 2003 and 04s register a little lower on the egt scale as well correct? i probably will start running sw9 rp1 timing 2 wastegate off, and tq on 1 or 2 we'll see

what do you guys recommend for torque managment with a built 48 re? thanks

and is the tnt a lot better?

The 03/04 will run cooler because of the lack of the 3rd injection event.

If your trans is built turn it all the way up. I ran SW7 TM on 4 with the stock clutch and she held it... well held it until we dicided to do a 4x4 boosted(20psi) launch and she came apart

I have heard a few people haveing problems with TNT and single turbo setups surging, dont now if they have fixed it yet but im going to give it a try when I get my new turbo

If you are only seeing 30ish pis I would turn your wastgate off and allow that stocker to build more boost and it sould cool things down quite a bit. But on the other hand I will make 42pis witch they say is no good for the turbo or your drive pressure, so now im spending more cash on a better one,

Once you turn it up you cant turn it back down

Highest i've seen was 1400 degrees at the end of the 1/4 on SW 7 all default settings with the stock turbo and intercooler and 1350 degrees with the aftermarket intercooler.

Mine has never gone over 1250 with levels 7 or 9 using the standard Revo program. TM1, Timing2, RP1, WG off. This is with the stock turbo.
