thanks in advance.
You can download the Revo software for free off Mads' site now. If you want the POD, you have to send your S06 back to Wagner & Assoc. with a check for the firmware upgrade. All that info should be on Bob's site.

Is it required that you have the Revo software before installing the PoD?

No, you need a new Smarty that has the PoD feature built into it, the problem for me lies in the fact that you can't program the PoD Smarty w/ the beta tunes.

Has anyone tried a Smarty or Junior on a suitably-modified 6.7L?

Nate, it's my understanding that the S06 software downloads on Mads site will not work on the POD. I believe when you send it in for the upgrade you have to send a note stating which program you need, Revo, TNT etc. Check Wagner & Associates web site for more info.

I am still running the jr with the software that it came with about a year ago. Do I have to download the REVO software before the PoD, or can I run what is already loaded on the jr with the Pod. Also when I do download the Pod software I am just going to load the 100 hp setting. What numbers (00-99) would be close to stock power also the 40 and 70 hp settings? I know this seems confusing and I am a little confused, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Revo will allow you to adjust the timing to your liking, less smoke, EGT's, etc..

If you want to load and forget then go with default, best of both worlds.. EGT's and smoke..

99=100%, so to find stock output take stock/SW3... In otherwords 325/425 would give you 76%, so 76 on PoD would be close to stock power.. Same math for SW1 and SW2..

Let me see if I understand this, the Jr I already have with REVO update already downloaded I can have a PoD feature if I download it from MADS? I don't have to buy a new JR or SR? That's AWESOME!!
