except that TM4 does give better hwy mileage... (last year I was still on original SW.. which is TM4).
Thanks AH64ID, I was wondering TM3 orTM4 for best MPG.

On highway, SW3 @ 50% is way ahead of my last test (on TM3 even).
switching to TM4

I am running SW #1 with Stock TQ management and default timing....set on 50%...i figure about 180 flywheel horsepower and 370 ft lbs. MY hopes are this will give me good mileage because of the timing and lack of pre boost fueling. This is what i have been waiting for...This should help my motor last like a 180 horse 12 valver.
Sure does feel about like a stock 12valve...spools up better though. We will see what happens with mileage.

Mine was 18.9 (Hand Cal) 530 miles 90% on I-95, up about 2mpg.

SW2 45% TM3 TQ4 with 300# ballast in bed, Stanadyne perf. added.

now trying SW3 50% TM3 TQ4
Had some cold days this week that may have impacted because SW3 started strong, should have been 19.9 (overhead was 23.4).
My speed 68-70 @ 2000rpm

SW3 TM4 TQ4
465 miles 26.5 g 17.5mpg

I need claification on the upgrade to POD for a smarty jr I bought about a year ago. It was the smoker 40-100-100 model that needed the file upgrade. I did that and all is fine. Will my Jr. upgrade to the POD option with the current file download?
Thanks

Yes, just have to download, unzip, install, load the new SW and select the PoD.
