Smarty Jr. and boost fooling?

I have a quadzilla BoostFooler on my truck. I installed it before I got the Smarty.

Does The Jr. do boost fooling?

Would I get any negative affects if I took the Boost fooler off and just ran the Jr.?

The Jr. does boost fooling to 44psi. You can try it with and with out the quad to see what your truck likes better. the worst that will happen is you'll get a code, that you can clear with the Jr.

ran a quad fooler with the jr. i didnt know the jr did boost fooling it does... i get her up to around 35-36 psi. with the quad i could roll coal alittl more and she would spool alittle quicker thats about it. take the truck alittle longer to hit the mid 30s without the quad bf...

The Jr does boost fuel and disable the WG, up till 44 psi...

From what I have read people seem to like the Jr w/out a fooler better than with it.

I can easily set an overboost code on my truck without the boost fooler.

Yep, Smarty may boost fool but it doesn't stop overboost codes.

You should not see an overbosot code with a Jr... The ECU won't care until 44psi.. and the Jr doesn't fuel that hard...

I'm not sure don't have a boost gauge (on the list of wants), I never had a problem setting a code with the original jr software, It started with beta 2 but would only set it with acceleration from OD lockup downshifting to 3rd pulling a trailer. Beta 3 would set it empty on moderately hard acceleration. Not sure about beta 4 I've had the boost fooler on before beta 4 came out.

Thats very interesting... Without a gauge its very hard to troubleshoot but something is still wrong.

Are you sure about that 44psi number? I had read it was 32psi and then it would set a cel. Maybe my truck has a bad map sensor or something, it smoked hard core when I had the original jr software on it.
