good god, please cut the wedding cr@p, i'm trying to learn about some diesel bombs here and you're making me wanna puke. i thinks it's reasonable to assume these truck forums should offer a bit of sanctuary from that silliness.

I also think that it's reasonable to assume that members who make their first post do not make stupid typographic and gramatical mistakes in addition to not making a jackass out of themselves. Woops, looks like it's too late for the former and the latter.

I was actually thinking that is IS nice to see the open comments regarding something important in someone's life other than their trucks. I found the balance of priorities a nice thing to openly, on a plublic forum, HAVE the ***** to admit. KUDOS to those of you who made honest, revealing, statements and shared a more personal moment.

As far as the Smarty vrs injectors, I think the injectors will be something you would do downline anyway. The 50-90 range seems to be the middle ground to what these new motors seem to require anyway as the stock injectors have a pretty good failure rate vrs the capabilities of the motor in overall performance. If you are able to keep your wits about you regarding the stock limitations, the Smarty might be the better choice. If you have no willpower, or is that won't power, you might want to build your truck a little more first.

I'm not the least bit upset; it wouldn't be rational to do so in this situation. I was using refutation by parody to make my point (it's a philosophical way of making fun of someone) and was not personally attacking you. It was just that your comments did not even have a whiff of sarcasm about them and no emoticons were used to give an idea of what you were trying to convey. Sarcasm is wonderful but you have to pull it off.

you're trying too hard dude........but ok, point taken. please continue with the injector discussion.

and oh, you did use an emoticon that indicated you were upset.....would that be rational on my part? i think you were upset. if it makes you feel any better, i will admit (and apologize for) that when i reread my post this morning, it did appear more harsh than i intended the evening before.

hell of a nice truck by the way.

PEACE, jeff

If you think that's trying, you don't know me at all.

No, I used an emoticon that scolded you for doing something wrong.

I was very clear about the fact I was NOT upset; you would know if I was.

Everyone makes mistakes. The fact that you recognize and apologize for yours is quite honorable.

Work in progress?! What's left to do........have it bronzed?

are you absolutely certain you weren't upset?

scolded?.......surely you're kidding or just practicing the ol' refutation by parody philosophical trickery again. thanks for the definition of this by the way. i really would not have know what the heck you were talking about if you hadn't offered....actually i'm still not 100% sure......no, make that 50%.

yes, i am just trying some of my humor that wasn't received well before. hopefully you'll see it this time. i have a minor buzz on and it wouldn't be the first time i've offended in this state..........but i try to have fun anyway.

i'm not mean sprited at all so you can pretty much assume i'm kidding all the time.

i'd like to reduce that 50% to 30% too before i sign off.

have a good weekend, jeff

I'm sure, 100% in fact. I was thinking about having it dipped in Scandium, to lighten it up of course!
