Smarty beta's

If I remember correctly, the Beta's 4.2/ 4.3 are based a the aftermarket injector program.

If the 4.x (Latest Beta) is based on the stock injector program.
That would explain the undo rattle I am experiencing.
For now I went back to the 4.3 , I cant get past the rattle.

I'm hoping when the softwares are released , we will have that choice.

Standard & Race.

I wish Don would chime in also and give his recommendation on when to run aftermarket inj. program for the flux 's. I only have flux 1's and don't know if it is needed or not.

ya but with the new flash from dodge and the problems that Marco had (now fixed), i thought once the new program was put into the truck, there was no going back to the older versions due to the flash being uploaded with the smarty.

Chris, that confused me too. That's only referring to the S-03 and S-04 versions. The S-06 is ok to go back on.

While on the OLD vrs the NEW. I have to take my truck into the dealership, been getting codes here and there, they tell me they will need to flash the PCM with the LATEST factory SOFTWARE. It sounds like it is a whole meal deal rather than just a flash for something specific.

SO - my question - Where does that put me with running Smarty Software?? I have the S06, actually it is BNIB never used, do I now have to do a download to it because of the new factory software going into my truck?
