Sledpuller 66 Installed/ Question

Well Sledpuller 66 turbo is installed what a pain in *** to install but well worth it!
I notice I blow alot more Black smoke now?

EGT's are about the same if not more I thought bigger turbo lower EGT's?

Also notice turbo lags at first but when she spools up watch out. Does this turbo need to have chip set on higher numbers most time?

Seems to get alittle detention at first when getting on pedal?

Any Ideas or help to these question! Thanks!

The turbo will spool better when you get some miles on it. Egt's could be higher at lower rpm with it because of lower boost, which is why your seeing more smoke. Meatball, my truck made it's peak hp at 2800 rpm, so I would upgrade to the drag comp. Boost on level 5 is 48psi. I wonder if your xmonitor is reading correct?
