ebay for around 100 bucks. then go to a truck parts store and an adapter for your existing pipe and throw a 90 on it to match the stack. mounthing can be done a number of ways. i drilled a hole in the back of my stack and put a nut and washers on the inside and outside of that end and did the same thing on the rail of my bed. I used some fairly thick (1/2 in or so) stainless steel all thread and cut to fit. Very sturdy! Or you can go for the stack clamp but i wanted mine to be smooth all the way up.
