An H13 is the headlight bulb that the '07's use and I think also the '06's.

They have been available for a while now. I got a set a few months back; they seem to be brighter than stock but they don't last long. I have blown 2 sets of them in about 3 months. Not sure why. Same goes for the fog lights too......

here's a tip, do not handle the bulbs with bare fingers, wear gloves as the oils in your skin effect the lifespan of the bulbs.

I tried that on my last set. I also cleaned them with denatured alcohol just before inserting them and they still went out. I think they are going out because of quality issues. The last time one went out was @ 4 AM in the morning. I had been running the lights for about an hour and then all of a sudden one just went out. Noticed later on that day that the bulb actually blew up and little pieces of it melted to the inside of my headlamp assembly.

Its because they are coated with blue crap and they have to over-drive the filament to get enough light output...overdriving kills reliability

I have had Silverstars for my 07 since Early January. The H13's have been out for quite awhile.
