Should I pay for this?

Ok so I went to a local dyno today becuase I was bored. They said 60 bucks for 3 pulls. I get it on the dyno and the first 2 runs he has trouble with the sensors/computer etc... The next few he would just mash on it and the tires would break loose instantly. He kept trying but they would just spin. My brother tried, and although he got it to spool up much slower it would still just spin. He kept switching the computer (superflow dyno) from load to inertia and still couldnt get numbers. After the 7th pull I told him that was it, I didnt want to beat my truck up anymore. After all this and no real numbers he still charged me for it. I didnt get numbers, no graph(besides one that showed up on the computer with circles and crap) etc... Should I have to have paid for the abuse on my truck with no results?

He was wrong for even accepting your money.

I would have said I will give you a call when I get this junk working right...and probably let you have a few more runs for free.

He wasn't successful in completing the dyno run, you don't owe him nothing, if anything he owes you some diesel money!

If I was the dyno operator I would not have accepted your money. You didnt owe him for anything. Did he want you to pay him for trying? I dont think real buiness opertates that way.

It sounds like he had the same problems as we had on the superflow over here. Not sure if it is the way our trucks are set up or to much TQ. My truck and one other had a hard time keeping the tires from spinning. The trucks under 500hp had no problems.
That shop in greeley has done over 100 trucks in one day. I had LaserBob dyno my truck when I was over there.

Yeah I've been to the dyno days with laser bob runing the show. The thing is I've seen 900+HP trucks on dynos without a single problem.

Who was running the dyno? And to think I was gonna go there next week..... If you get ahold of the owner he should make it right, he has always seemed like a stand up guy to me.
