Before you spend money on it you ought to try to see how the Silver will do in its current form. You might be pleasantly surprised and you'll keep the lower drive pressures that come with the 74mm wheel. If the lag truly is more than you can handle then send it to II to change out the wheel.
The 73mm turbine wheel (SB size) is actually designed for a low rpm motor so it will do well in twins where it doesn't do a lot of work but flows well. The down side is the small wastegate size in the cast housings for making really big power. Up to 7-800hp it should be fine though.

s300/s400 that's a classic hot setup, Nathan's website says low 700 hp range, that's big power in my book!
