Seat heater's
I am getting ready to put them in my truck. Do a search on e-bay for seat heaters. The new carbon fiber elements are the best, they heat up fast and maintane the heat better than the old wire grid ones. Install seems pretty straight forward. Just have to remove the covers and stick the elements down on the foam padding, reinstall the covers, mount the switches either on the side of the seat or up in the dash, and connect a switched power wire and the ground wire. Everything else is self contained and plug and play. If your interested PM me and let me know I do have a line on them for about 80 bucks a seat.

Just bought a set for the old lady`s Durango from www.sportsimportsltd.com Got them within a week and it looks to be a nice kit. The install is very straight forward like explained above. I wouldn`t really think pulling a set from the JY would be nearly as easy as using aftermarket set would be. The factory never does anything simple.
My truck came with them, wife uses it all the time. I thought it was just anothe foo foo button that came with the truck until I cut some wood one day and the back was tired. Felt great!! Warmes you up nice when cold outside too.

In my truck since day one (or 2). Not one problem. They build them for OEM.
