Well, after 5k of miles and @ this time of year bow hunting, I go down my share of very dusty roads and conditions. So, today, while driving home I said let me check this thing. All the horror story's I read and hear of on after market intakes, I pulled the Scotty out and performed my inspection. My heart was beating as I was nervous of finding something that shouldn't be in there. I check the impeller, baffles and tube. Notta trace of anything. Awesome, my mind is at ease. I hope when cleaning and re-oiling comes, I can achieve those same results. Leads me to a question, when is a good time to redo these things? 5K, 10K, or gut feeling? Thanks..
