Hello All, I need to find a replacement filter for my Scotty 5 intake system. The metal mesh has separated from the rubber end cap. (its been in the truck for 8 years so its time has come)

Does anyone know the part number for this filter? I have looked and there are no numbers printed on it anywhere. I have tried searching based off of dimensions but have not had much luck.

For anyone that is interested below is the response that I received from UNI on the part number for the Scotty 5 (which I believe is the same as the one for Scotty III and Ram Air III)

Hello David,

We still have molds(although dusty) to reproduce the Scotty Filter. The part number is PT-2929. The price on the filter is $79.95. We do have to build it so lead time is about 5 working days before shipping.

in order to purchase I had to call into their office to get the correct part. UNI was very helpful.

 

I wish i had seen this thread before i dropped $500 on an afe air intake. I too had to replace the filter and read they had been discontinued by uni, i didnt know they could still make them.
