I am new to the diesel community, i am looking to buy an 07 3500. Will the scary larry for an 06 work on an 07?

 

it should work just find long as its a 5.9

Crazy Larry will, Scary Larry is a '05 only(well most power from the program)thing.

 

ya ive heard only on the 05. I was told by a few ppl it will trash injectors, but you here bad things about any mods. crazy larry wont work on an 03 truck. I tried it. It didnt do anything. I put it back on my truck and it worked great. rats truck will roll the smoke. he sent me a clip of it. its aggresive

 

If it's a 5.9 then it will work. You get the most power out of the 05 autos but there is additional power to be gained compared to the normal crazy larry.

I've had my scary larry on for over 30,000 miles and 90+% of the time it is on scary larry with zero injector problems...

 

Like luken stated most power gains experienced in a 05 auto but it will work on other models as long as its a 5.9L CR. The Scary Larry is a huge timing and duration program with minimal pressure thats why you here of people stacking it with extreme pressure boxes only and they work well together so i dont see the scarry lary alone reaking havock on injectors but when stacked wrong its a possibility, be ready for some higher egts. and i hope you got a built tranny.

 

Your wasting your money unless you have an 05 to put it on. It just doesn't work right on my 04.5 and also claim it doesn't work on the 06. Just too many things work much better on those years trucks like the Beta Smarty, PPE HOT, and the new C5 Van Aaken. I've got mine in the classifieds if you have an 05.
