Well I think it's cool that we can now talk freely about killing our kittys but weren't a few guys banned from the site for such talk before. I'm not sure on this but it seems like I read of guys being banned so if it is true then it sure seems unfair to allow it after giving guys the boot.

The people that were banned refused to adhere to the forum rules even after being asked to multiple times, no reason to bring them back because they would just do it again on something else.

You can not just pick and choose which forum rules you wish to acknowledge and which ones you choose to ignore

I would gut the cat and leave the body on. They'll be none the wiser.

My question for those of you who have "liberated" your cat/DPF....how bad does it smoke now?

I take my '96 for a spin to knock the dust off of it, and every time I mat it I'm killing mosquitoes for 1/2 mile in every direction. Makes me feel too conspicuous.....

The 2003 HPCR has two injection events; your 2006 has three injection events; that could be a part of the sound difference.

ok, so my old truck had 2 vents and this one has 3.....Would removing the cat do anything for the sound? or is this vent issue my main problem?
