Rock Star wheels finish
Have had mine for 2 years now, I live in B.C. Canada, so we do get snow during the winter, the wheels have held up well. I had chrome ones before and they lasted only one winter before I had to trade them in. Only thing I could complain about is the finish on the star and chrome bolts is starting pit in spots. You can't tell unless you get up close though. Hope that helps.
I had a set on an old truck that i off roaded and took to the dunes. They took abuse farely well for not being a full on "off road wheel". After about a year and a half the rock chips started to stand out, but other then that not bad.
I think if the finish ever started chippin' on the wheels you could line-x them, so they keep the same "matte" finish and I just think line-x looks bad

, ha ha. I will probably be line-xin' my Helo HE791Maxx8's if I can ever come up with the extra cash
