Reseting Pinion factory, Smarty Bully Dog? Vin locked?
I just went up in tire size and need to redo my pinion factor.
The local Dodge dealer shut down
I think both the smarty and the bully Dog agjust for it, but I was wondering if that is part of the Vin locking. IE I can't use my friends to adjust mine.

That is correct, you have to have a Smarty program loaded (VIN Locked) to the vehicle before you can adjust the ABS Pinion Factor for tire size.
Not sure on the Triple Dog any more, I sold mine before that was an option.
