I am getting a RB1 Nav system this week for my truck. Will this unit be sirrus ready. Do I just have call them with a credt card? Or do I need add more or do more?

 

I just called them and gave them my info and they truned my stuff on, the number is 1-877-33-SIRIUS

The radio is ready butthe question will be if the truck is ready!! If you do not have the antenna on the top of your truck then you are not ready for sat reception. You will still need two items to make your truck and radio ready. These items are 82206488ab satellite receiver and 82208116 for the ram install kit prices are $175.00 and $150.00 as listed.

Thx Travist I just found them on Ebay packaged for 180. Looks easy enough to install.

 

Are you buying the Nav system from the dealer? You might be able to get the free year of Sirius. After mine ran out, I called them and they offer a few different deals. I think I took the 1 year/$120 or so and they threw in an extra 6 months or something. I love my Sirius!!!

 

No I bought it used off ebay. Works perfect and I love it. I was just wondering about getting the sirrus set up. Do you know if I have to leave the NAV disc in for the NAV to work?
