I have been experiencing some fuel issues this winter, every time i refill my truck from my filtered slip tank my truck surges and throws the code po148 (fuel delivery). I run fuel conditioner in the slip tank when i fill it up. It acts like I have gelled fuel, i never had a fuel issue last winter when I ran the stock intank lift pump, so I was thinking that the raptor was restricting flow when the weather dips to around -20 C...... has anyone else run into this type of situation with their raptor??????

My raptor has been on the truck when it was -5 and no problems other than a little more noise.

 

I have a Raptor 100 on my truck, we have had alot of days this winter in the -30c here in Alberta. Mines a 03, intank pump is gone, the 1/2 hose is hooked right to the cannister/fuel sender housing with the dorman fitting. Fuel pressure to my Cp3 is around 15psi +/-, not sure why your getting that code now, but first place to start would be a pressure gauge. If thats ok, get ahold of pure flow tech, they very helpful.
