Ran the 1/4... wow

I was very impressed and extremely pumped up when i ran this evening... my first time ever at the track, i put down a 13.902 in my 04.5... i was extremely excited... and an absolute adrenaline rush... im still skipping a beat!! By far the best thing i could have done... boost launch in 3rd at 20psi and 4x4... spun all 4 tires at launch and the whole 4th gear until the 1/8 and put down 13's... 8.92 1/8. i think with 4 slicks i can easily get low 13's, and possibly 12's!!!!! cant wait for twins in a couple weeks! i had to post!!!! comments are appreciated!!!!

congrats.

with slicks you better be in the 12's. you are already darn near as low 13's as you can get! LOL

Best is you are rowing the gears as well... Definately impressed with your times, esp spinning 35s in 3rd gear with a 6 inch lift... Wow!! My truck would shake itself apart with wheel hop...

Nice times! I see another 6 speed dipping in the 12's in the future. You really need to get that stock turbo off there, you will be once you feel the difference with the new one(s). Oct 18th is the diesel drags at Mason Dixon, just shoot out the pike and it wouldnt be too bad for mileage.

i may be working, but ill def see if i can get off... i had a few ppl from Keystone Diesel at the track while i was running, and were very impressed with my runs... considering all the more i have done to it.. if you dont know them, dont hesitate to talk to andy sebek or mike charlton.. great ppl, and will do anything for ya!

The trap speed is what you look at to see if you can get in the 12s. A 101 trap speed will make it pretty tough to get 12s unless you can manage to get a very low 60' time. Like a 1.5-1.6.
