just put on my quad x2 race box and the rail reading on the controller and the reading on my commander dont match. they're about 2500 psi off (commander shows the highest). comm. will hit about 27800 with smartypod level 9 power99 and x2 set on 2, which should be around 60hp. rail psi on my smarty is set at stock. any guesses on which one is right

 

27800 is the wrong reading IMO, I'll see 26500 max with those settings. W/ quad off I see 25000 max, is this about what your X2 gauge reads? What does your readings look like at idle, I see 5200-5500 or so.

 

In what order are they plugged in at the rail sensor?

Maybe the box is "pressure fooling" the Commander?

 

Wouldn't the Commander read lower, then? The box tells the ECM there's lower pressure than actual in order to raise commanded pressure...

Perhaps it's a calibration issue?
