Exclamation Quick ordering tires today see inside

Any votes or help, I have been told they are pretty close to the same, so HELP

Nitto trail Grappler M/T 285/65/18 or 32.8"X11.9"X18R

Toyo open country M/T 275/70/R18 or 33.6"X11"X18R

Any help, any thoughts. I originally wanted the Nitto's but on a stock truck every inch of height on a wheel makes it look better. I have heard the nitto M/T are getting better reviews than the Toyo M/T help.....

My g/f has an '08 f350 srw and has run the toyos in that size. She presently has the a/t version, and actually got better wear from the m/t's for some reason. Bad **** looking tire, IMO.

I don't know anything about the Nittos, but I would highly recommend the Toyos.

The price difference was $46 more per tire. I went with the toyos.

Had Nitto Terra Grappler 305/70/17 and 285/70/17 and no issues with either.
I would go with the 305/70/17, fills up a little better and looks better

Wonder if you guys could post pics. of your tires. I have Nitto Terra Graps, which are 305/50/20's. Good tires, not crazy about the size, they were on the truck when i got it. Mine look a little small for the Mega Cab.

I am going with an 18" aftermarket wheel. The ones I selected are about as big as I could go without atleast a leveling kit, and Im not going that route.

Thats why I didnt go 20"s. IMO you have to level it or lift it and put bigger tires or you are going to have the look of a street truck, not a 4X4.

Your right about the whole street truck look, instead of a 4x4. But I tow a camper around alot and thought that if i leveled it out, then the rear would sag a bit while towing, and lifting, well same notion. I would like bigger/ taller tires.
