removed my quad std box reinstalled today threw code p0237 at start up went to drive and have no power whatsover what is goin on

 

P0237 Turbocharger Boost Pressure Sensor Low

 

I had the same problem a few months back. After many PM's with Quad and speaking with Roark I had to send them the module so they could check it out.

Jeremy said that they ended up re-flashing it and doing something different with the boost.

I just installed it back on the truck yesterday and so far no problems, but then again its only been two days.

Check the MAP sensor connections. About the only way you can get the 0237 is if the ECM sees no signal.

Check it make sure they are tight and make sure the 12 pin connector at the module is tight. You can also inspect an pins to make sure they are good. All the boost circuit is handled on the blue and light blue wires. Make sure nothing happened to them.

Once you get it hooked back up start it. The CEL will probably still be on but, if the truck runs and drives normal then the CEL will go out after a few days of driving.
