That's the installation manual, there's some small pics in there. It looks like there's a 3 position slider switch.

Well, the switch now looks identical to the Recon XZT:

The overlays are slightly different but overall it looks the same with the same display and buttons. With this switch you can go up through the levels or you can go straight from Off to level 3 if you want to.
Most people that are stacking an adjustable module are doing it with a downloader of some sort like the Triple Dog or Superchips, Smarty or Diablo. The people with TST's, Edge and VA are typically using the XZT with a pressure only flash on them.
If you look there are a couple of threads on the Edge stack and other various stacks.
The stack will help the bottom end a bunch typically and gives a decent gain across the rpm range. I think most people do it for throttle responce and low end torque.
I am sure someone will eventually give you some thoughts as I know I have done a whole lot of the pressure only flashes for people on this board.
