Hi Guys,
What would you recommend for the setting on with a Quadzilla racebox and the Smarty for an 2006 ? The truck I'm talking about has a very strong aftermarket 48RE tranny and 5" exhaust from the turbo back. I know you must leave the Smarty on an even number. What would you recommend to start with ? Smarty on #6 and turn on Quad when you want to play? I trying to find the best all around set up for driving around town,some light towing 7000 lbs and to have some fun. Thanks.

 

I'm not sure but i think if you have the smarty that high without timing your EGT's will get pretty high, so you would need to leave the quad box on all the time.

 

I don't think that stack is too much timing from what I've seen personally on a couple different trucks. Smarty odd#s w/ Quad Race. Listen and see. Maybe some others who actually have this stack on an 04.5+ will chime in and be more help.

 

lets see. smarty wild on 8, gave me 447 hp, that's what i drive around on.
smarty wild 8/quad race 100 gave me 497 and quad on 140 gave me 505. that's play mode.
for towing i use smarty 2 and touch the quad when i need it.
