I've posted this blurry pic a couple times, but here it is again. This is one of the best purchases I've made as far as feeling like your getting a decent product with good features for the money. Beats the hell out of paying nearly $300 for an analog gauge, then spending money on a pillar for it, then hassling with wiring and everything else. Also, the analog gauge doesn't have the recall settings or an alarm. This gauge plugs into the rail sensor, fuse tap, and a ground and your done. Hardest part is fishing it through the plug in the firewall.

I've got a Commander, and I have the fuel pressure kit (not installed yet). I havent bothered to go dig out my Commander instructions yet, but can/does the Commander display rail pressure?? I seem to remember scrolling through the alert menu and seeing rail pressure.

I will be mounting mine where it can be seen easier. I had my fuel pressure and trans temp guages down there on the 03 and it ended up not being a good idea in the long run.....

"For the fuel rail pressure you will connect the supplied blue T-tap to the dark green wire of your Xzillaraider or XZT harness. This wire will have the male connector on the end that is plugged directly into the fuel rail sensor on the truck. It is the best to place the tap on the green wire close to the sensor where there is no wire loom. Once you have the tap connected you will then run the green wire (with the male spade connector) of the commander fuel pressure harness to the tap that you just connected.

With these two connections made you will now need to go into the sensor selection menu and turn these senfors on and set up your display to have these monitored functions viewable.

The brown wire with the male spade connector will not be hooked up at this time. This wire is for the RPM function which is not currently set up."

Directly from the install instructions I got from Qzilla.

Its really not as hard to see as it looks, with my camera I was at a jacked up angle to get the pic, so it looks a lot lower than it really is!

you need to tap the center wire in the factory RP sensor if you don't have a box.

Mine should be here tomorrow.
Not 100% sure of where I will mount it yet. Leaning towards above the steering column.

For those of us that are running Jacobs Exhaust Brake's when adding the fuel pressure sending unit to our quad rail pressure gauge our vaccum pump is in the way. Is there another location for us to install our fuel pressure sending unit.
